Two-part addition-cure vulcanizing agents for HTV silicone rubber. Choose by process: extrusion or compression molding.
Platinum Vulcanizing Agent G50A / G25B
For silicone tube, cord, profile and wire coating. Cures at 220–350 °C in hot-air tunnels — high clarity, no white spots or bubbles, no post-cure odor, formulated to run clean on steel-belt lines.
Platinum Vulcanizing Agent A3 / H350B
For molded keys, seals, kitchenware and baby-care parts. Cures at 130–175 °C in 10–500 s. Compound stays workable 10+ days at room temperature — no refrigerated storage, easier production planning.
Processing Additives — SOLVE THE DEFECTS CURING ALONE CANNOT
Blooming, mold sticking and hygiene requirements each need a dedicated answer. These three products complete the formulation.
FD-A6 Anti-Blooming Agent
Permanent control of surface blooming and whitening in colored silicone rubber. Withstands water-boil testing without affecting physical properties.
FD-68 & W-8630 Release Agents
Food-grade internal release agent (no sticking to rollers, no blooming after water-boil) and a water-based external release spray — dilute 20:1, will not affect printing or coating.
FD-05 Antibacterial Agent
Adds hygienic performance to silicone consumer products. Silicone parts made with FD-05 tested at 99.9% antibacterial rate against E. coli and S. aureus (ISO 22196).
