Key Features
- Permanent blooming control in colored compounds — not a temporary surface fix
- Withstands water-boil testing without whitening
- No effect on physical properties of the cured rubber
- Non-toxic, odorless — suitable for food-contact and export products
- Simple incorporation during normal compounding
Usage
Add during compounding
Add FD-A6 while mixing the compound — best results when added in the internal mixer (masterbatch) stage.
Then add color
Masterbatch / pigments are added after the anti-blooming agent is dispersed.
Add the vulcanizing agent last
Whether peroxide or platinum, the curing agent always goes in last.

What Is Blooming?
Blooming is the migration of low-molecular-weight components to the rubber surface over time — visible as a white frost or haze, often appearing days after production or after water-boil testing. It is one of the most common causes of silicone part rejections in kitchenware and baby products. FD-A6 addresses the root cause inside the compound, permanently.
