- Water-based — dilute 20:1 with pure water, spray on the mold surface
- No oil film, no whitening, no cracking on molded parts
- Does not affect subsequent printing, spraying or coating steps

Usage notes
Clean the mold thoroughly before first use. Dilute only with pure water — impurities affect surface quality. Uniform spray gives the best result; for difficult or sticking molds the concentration may be increased.
How to Use FD-68
Add with the raw gum
Add FD-68 together with the raw gum at the start of mixing — best effect in the internal mixer.
Then add color
Pigments and masterbatch after the release agent is dispersed.
Vulcanizing agent last
Standard addition order for all silicone compounding.
How to Use W-8630
Clean the mold
Thoroughly clean the mold surface before the first application.
Dilute 20:1
Dilute with pure water only. Shake or stir to uniformity.
Spray evenly
Apply a uniform spray across the mold surface. Re-apply as needed during the run.
